About Jennifer Clark, MA, LMHC (WA) | LCPC (IL)

Psychotherapist/Practice Owner

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (WA) | Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (IL)

My mission is to guide you — empower you to live with greater confidence, connection and peace of mind.

I believe healing begins with being fully seen and supported in the present moment. My private practice offers individual therapy to ages 18 to 65+ and is dedicated to creating safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build resilience and move towards lasting growth.

Everyone’s story is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to meet your personal needs and goals. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, meaning I honor your lived experiences, move at your pace, and focus on your strengths. I recognize the impact of past experiences on present struggles, and I work collaboratively with you to foster safety, trust, healing, and empowerment.

To best support your goals, I integrate evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Strength-Based Therapy to help you process your experiences and develop practical skills for daily life.
